It aims to serve as an international platform for dialogue and exchange of good practices among academics, researchers, educators, civil society professionals, policy-makers, and students.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome original research papers, theoretical explorations, and practical applications on the following (non-exhaustive) thematic axes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Philosophical and Sociological Dimensions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The identity of the citizen in the 21st century<\/li>\n<li>Human rights and democracy under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Artificial intelligence and human rights challenges<\/li>\n<li>Sociology of diversity and gender identities<\/li>\n<li>Multicultural interpretations of human rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Education and Democratic Culture<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Education for cultivating competences for democratic culture<\/li>\n<li>Innovative pedagogical practices and intercultural coexistence<\/li>\n<li>Empowering educators<\/li>\n<li>Inclusion and access to education for all<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Rule of Law and Democratic Culture<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Independence of the Judiciary<\/li>\n<li>Police violence and the rule of law<\/li>\n<li>Hate crimes and discrimination<\/li>\n<li>Freedom of expression, fake news, and SLAPP lawsuits<\/li>\n<li>Transparency and combating corruption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All abstracts and full papers submitted will undergo double-blind peer review. Accepted contributions will be included in the Conference Proceedings (with open-access publication) and authors will receive certificates of presentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission
