Optional Internship & Summer School

The MA Program “Identity, Education and Competences for Democratic Culture” is offering the summer school “Democracy and Human Rights for Personal and Social Well-being” that will be organized in Greece, July 2026.
Who can participate?
The summer school is open the MA Program’s students and alumni, to university students (undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral), graduates from universities in Greece and abroad, and professionals working in the fields of education, politics, human rights, and personal and social well-being services, among others.
At a glance:
- Time: Every July
- Duration: 21 days for the full Programme with the option to attend 1, 2 or 3 weeks and be awarded corresponding ECTS
- ECTS awarded: 9 for the full Programme (3 weeks), 6 for the 2 week-Programme and 3 for the one-week Programme
- The MA Program’s students can combine the summer school with the optional internship to receive 15 extra ECTS on their Master Diploma (total of 90 ECTS)

1st week: Democracy and Human Rights as the cornerstone of sustainable development and social well-being
