Management of Complaints and Objections

The Management of Complaints and Objections Committee accepts the postgraduate students’ complaints and objections, who are required to fill out the relevant form posted below. Complaints and objections must concern the services provided by the MA Program. Issues purely related to the instructors’ academic work do not fall under the responsibilities of this Committee.

The Complaints and Objections Management Committee consists of three members serving an annual term, which can be renewed without any restrictions. The members of the Committee are members of the MA Program’s teaching staff.

The Committee meets regularly to discuss all issues of complaints and objections that have been brought to their attention. The Complaints and Objections Management Committee has the obligation to inform the complaining students about the progress and the final decision on their objections.
