Dr. Felisa Tibbits is a world-renowned expert in Human Rights Education (HRE). She holds the UNESCO Chair in Human Rights and Higher Education and the Chair in Human Rights Education at the Human Rights Centre of Utrecht University. She is also an Assistant Professor at Columbia University and a Visiting Professor at Nelson Mandela University.
